Set up in 2017 as a service to the property sector in particular the App Market. We learned very quickly through out investigations with Estate and Letting Agents that there were a lot of changes taking place that would have a major impact on the property sector. This was not just to them but also Landlords, both professional and accidental, who have found that the major changes in Tax and Local Authorities rules and regulations changes have created a great deal of stress and strain on running their portfolios.
Even for everyday Home Owners. we identified a number of problems people incur just in their day to day lives when changes occur, whether for good reasons such as relocation for their dream job or a growing family, or bad, such as financial difficulties and negative equity or, sadly a death in the family.
All of these had some kind of impact of people so we decided that we could use our skill to help as best we can, where we can, to make dealing with these situations as pain free as possible…
